Frozen blackberries from our own harvest

All the blackberries we freeze come from our own open-field production, without greenhouses or hydroponics. That way we keep control of quality from the plant to the package.

Frozen blackberries are supplied in sealed 250 g and 500 g bags, in cardboard boxes, designed for distribution, stores and hospitality.

They are a stable option outside the fresh season: the fruit keeps its flavour and properties and works all year round in baking, jams, smoothies and desserts.
